If you can buy the car for 22000 even with the extended warranty than it will be a good deal.
Be carefull about the warranty and what it covers, yes it does cover manufactorer defects for the 7 years and/or 100,000 miles, which ever comes first. Theres things that it doesnt cover and they should let you know at the dealership. Things not covered are wiper blades, brakes, tires, head lamps, etc... The other thing you have to consider is that your buying a toyota, a camry, these cars almost never brake down and they run forever. But, to be safer and to feel better, having that extra warranty doesnt hurt, but i would never pay 1900 for it, when i worked at the toyota dealership, we could sell that warranty under 1000 bucks, the actual warranty is somewhere around 700-900 dollars. Everything over it is profit. If you can get a better deal on it, than go for it, if not, leave it and buy it aftermarket.
Last thing, im guessing the camry your getting is the base camry le, which probably costs around 22500 or a bit more, the invoice would be around the 20,000 dollar mark, maybe a little higher. So if you can get the car for 21000 and the warranty for 1000, total 22000, i would consider that a great buy.
